This notice describes the website and the routes it offers for enquiries, correspondence and feedback. It reflects the services currently enabled.
Enquiries and correspondence
The Work With Divine enquiry is provided through Google Forms. It collects the details you choose to submit so I can understand the enquiry, respond and manage any resulting engagement. Form responses and internal project records are restricted operational records.
The embedded form, when opened, connects to Google. The email enquiry composer prepares a draft in your browser; you can open it in your email app or copy it to your clipboard, then review and send it yourself. The website does not store those draft answers. You can also use the direct form link or email. Sending an enquiry or email does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Support and feedback
Support concerns bookings, payments, access, delivery and active projects. Share Feedback is a separate Google Form for experience and improvement. It asks separately about public quotations and portfolio use. Submission alone is not permission to publish your words or work.
Notes from Divine
This site is not currently collecting newsletter subscriptions. A subscription form is shown only when its consent, confirmation, sender and unsubscribe journey has been verified.
Website operation and analytics
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The hosting service may process technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as IP addresses and request details.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to understand aggregate website use. This site does not add Google Analytics. Analytics information is used to understand how the website is working, rather than to build advertising profiles.
Content and external destinations
Website content is published through Sanity. Only public website material belongs in that content system. Private commercial packs, customer records and financial information are not public website content.
Approved purchase and booking links take you to Selar, which handles its own checkout, payment and booking information. Its policies apply at that destination. This website does not collect card details.
External links and embedded forms connect you to another provider. Review the destination’s notice when deciding what to share.
Keeping information
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted 12 months after the last contact. Client, payment and other engagement records are kept as needed to manage the work, necessary records and applicable obligations. Requests for access, correction or deletion are reviewed in light of records that must be retained.
